We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be based in our MEAA head office in Dubai, UAE. The role holder will provide commercial and financial support to the VP Finance MEAA.

Main accountabilities include:

  • Managing the investment papers and pricing proposals for MEAA region.
  • Support tender papers preparations & Documentations for MEAA region.
  • Providing consolidation and assistance in MEAA budgets, forecasts and 3YP.
  • Delivering reviews and analysis of station performance, understanding key drivers of variances on a monthly basis.
  • Reviewing and analysing KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Financial modelling of key financial data to identify efficiencies and benefits.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders and assist with business objectives and projects.
  • Assisting in market analysis and strategic planning for MEAA.
  • Providing project support for new business opportunities and projects including acquisition due diligence and business development.
  • Ad hoc projects, including customer reporting and analysis, and supporting regional teams.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified chartered accountant (or equivalent) with at least 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in budgeting/forecasting and business planning.
  • Knowledge and skills of aviation industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving financial results and efficiencies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Organised and able to work to strict deadlines and to prioritise multiple simultaneous workloads.
  • Ability to travel within the MEAA region
