Job Description

We are looking for IT Sales Executive candidate who will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. The Candidate should be a self-starter, someone who can practice continuous learning.

Due to the collaborative nature of this project, the ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills in order to efficiently and effectively articulate issues found and solutions for the application.

Key Responsibilities as a Digital Sales Executive

  • You will be expected to achieve the sales targets and qualitative & quantitative objectives set by the management
  • You will be responsible for an in-depth understanding of the clientā€™s business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions.
  • You will have to identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the company
  • Educate customers about the products, establish new business and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the different companies/education institutions/career counselors and promote our product for sales.
  • You need to ensure an effective educational partnership in coordination with the Technical/Training team

Requirements for a Digital Sales Executive Candidate

  • BS degree in Sales, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with MS Office, CRM, business communication tools
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.
