Role Purpose:

The job holder is responsible to achieve the company sales target consisting of his individual sales target along the team sales target. Also, the job holder should manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve their individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Rise technologies existing accounts across all sales channels to generate new leads at our existing/ new clients or accounts.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and evaluating the opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations
  • Build strong and long-term relationship with C-levels
  • Draft and Communicate value propositions
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of the Account Managers.
  • Attend and support the sales initiatives and the clients’ meetings along with team and the Solution Management team to assess the opportunity and demonstrate our services.

Qualification:

  • Must have 8-10 Years of Cyber Security Sales Experience across Middle East Market. Fintech experience will be an advantage.
  • Building and Maintaining the sales Pipeline
  • Effectively communicate and maintain the sales pipelines
  • Complete Sales cycle management (Fronting and closing sales)
  • Strong team and performance management
  • Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • UAE driving license

  • Proven hunter background with a track record of success Familiarity with various Cyber security technology. AML and Anti phishing services technology is a plus
  • Strong C level board level communications skills

  • Good business acumen, experience with contracts and pricing Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication Passionate, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and grow
