As Recruitment Manager, We Rely On You To
- Make sure manning levels are flexed based on business levels and productivity levels are aligned to business objectives
- Develop and implement a preferred employer strategy
- Ensure that turnover analysis are accurate and meaningful
- Source, attract talents and hire candidates that fits to the Company culture and values
- Schedule new employees and ensure they attend the HR induction and company orientation
- Administer the recruitment related procedures and processes of the highest standards
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for people and enjoys interaction
- Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
- Has experience in the same role in a 5 star luxury brand hotel
- Has good communication and people management skills
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
