We are seeking for Assistant Manager – Operations for our Head Office.
Location : Dubai (Al Qusais)
Role:
- To ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities in operations.
- Doing Data analysis of the reports pulled out through the system and prepared by team.
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current use trends.
- To ensure smooth operations in main center and branches.
- Improvising the Customer training Journey and ensuring the customers are ready for their RTA test.
- Assessing the root cause of repeatedly failure of the customer and provide a plan of action in consultation with Operation Manager.
- To oversee fleet management and customer transportation.
- To ensure all instructors are disciplined, well-groomed as per company’s guidelines.
- To support the Master Trainer in designing & developing the PIP & submitting it to Operations Manager for review.
- To support Operations Manager in evaluating instructor’s performance on continuous basis.
- Implement & Follow the RTA & EDC’s rules and policies.
- To manage slot allocations & availability as per operational requirement
- Leave Management for entire operations team.
Your should have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years’ experience in operations (fleet handling experience preferred)
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and Leadership skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
