Diamond Lights General Trd LLC , supplies finest quality LED lighting, delivering maximum energy and cost-efficiency to commercial and industrial clients throughout the GCC region and neighboring countries. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Accountant .
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Prepare budget forecasts
· Publish financial statements in time
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
· Handling employee grievances.
· Attendance, Time-management, Updating leave status etc.
· Maintaining Employees Database.

Skills:
· Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
· Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or any other ERP
· Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
· Experience with general ledger functions
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· Strong Communication Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in UAE in a Trading company or Interior Fit out Company
Education:
· BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
· Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

Salary:
- From AED4,000.00-AED4,500.00 per month
