Looking for Real estate Sales manager to supervise real estate sales agents and builds a strong sales team to surround them including buyer’s agents and showing assistants. Sales Managers will mentor their real estate team to success and to manage the agents properly, manager need to understand how to motivate, and train the attitudes and habits of a buyers agents, who should be committed to putting their clients first, and winning leads.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing sales team.

· Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.

· Proficiency in real estate management software, like Property listing portals (CRM), MS office and expert in Computer Handling.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Aggressive Attitude and manage to achieve high targets.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented and responsible

· Advanced ability to keep property owners and investors updated.

· In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.

· Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethics.

· A millennial winning personality intensified by offline & online sales skills.

· Must have valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
