Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced community builder and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to uncover the best ways to spread the message and increase discoverability of archiREEF. Our ideal candidate is hands-on and has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that create awareness and opportunity. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Role Objectives
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences in B2B and B2G, and develop marketing plans to best capture leads
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging platforms including social media
- Analyze market trends, and marketing best practices to build successful go-to-market strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, in order to extract key insights and recommendations
- Establish client engagement strategies including regular update reporting mechanisms
Role Responsibilities
- Working in partnership with the founding team, develop creative engagement briefs and guide the general creative direction
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience developing growth strategies
- Strong people skills with emphasis on collaboration
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with social media marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree a plus
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven experience working with growth-stage startups
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Established press and media contacts
