Vacancy – Quantity Survey Engineer
Experience-
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in handling infrastructure
projects, with extensive experience in Pre and Post contracts (Infrastructures) such as Roads, Earthworks, Bridges, Airports, Tunnels, Underpass and Utilities (Water services, Foul drainage, Storm Water Drainage, TSE, Irrigation &Fire fighting, Pumping stations, Chilled Water, Traffic signals, Electricity & Road lighting services).
Cost management /control of construction and O&M for external infra structure project value completed work, oversee bills, and arrange payments.
Undertake cost analysis as per budget structure .
Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Provides advice on contractual claims and disputes progress reports.
Bill preparation, submittal, and follow-up on payment.
Negotiation with client /consultant
Must be a Civil Engineering Graduate.
Must be available in UAE for face-to-face meetings.
