JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of Specialist, Marketing is to assist the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies for the marketing department under the direction and support of the Marketing Manager. The corporate aim is to raise and promote awareness of the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi amongst key stakeholders and target audiences and ultimately to support the achievement of operational targets by generating business and awareness for the facility.
The Specialist, Marketing will be expected to identify and target audience groups, understanding their requirements, and raising and promoting market awareness of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabiās unique selling points. The Specialist, Marketing will use a variety of different marketing tactics (e.g. advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personnel selling and direct marketing) and will build a network of contacts that would support the project.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the Marketing Manager in devising, planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and community outreach programs.
- Works closely with CCAD partners and stakeholders to ensure synergies, cooperation and support for marketing efforts.
- Works closely with the CCAD marketing, communications, digital, and events counterparts to ensure their support for and assistance with the implementation of marketing efforts.
- Manages agencies and suppliers, and liaise with CCAD Procurement, Legal, and Finance functions.
- Works in planning events for the community outreach.
- Plays an active role with the agencies in creating and implementing the marketing campaigns, to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Performs other related-duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Ā· Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field, is required
Ā· Masterās degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field, is preferred
Ā· Minimum of two to five (2-5) yearsā experience in healthcare management and/or marketing is required
Ā· Strong project management skills
Ā· Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ā· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
Ā· Strong oral and written communication skills
Ā· Ability to speak and write in English is required
Ā· Ability to speak and write in Arabic is preferred
