We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our team for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) region.

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years

Qualifications Required: Graduates or Post-Graduates

  • Sale Cybersecurity services and products to prospective customers, using solution selling concepts.
  • Build Sales Team and Partners in unrepresented regions to help achieve the targets set for those regions.
  • Help grow our B2B and Corporate Training business.
  • Manage Sales Team, along with mentoring and ensuring individual targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and expand an existing business by cross-selling or up-selling additional products and services.
  • Build and maintain Executive C-Suite Relationships such as CIO, CISO, CSO, CFO, and COO.
  • Prepare and deliver Sales Pitches and Proposals.
  • Provide Thought Leadership on security trends in assigned territory.
  • Represent the company at industry events in the territory or broader events.
  • Prepare targetted business plans and monthly reports to present to the Management Team.
  • Provide support to the Project Management Team to help them meet the customer requirements.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to create promotional campaigns to acquire new leads and retain existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer strategy to collaborate with internal teams while leveraging MS Dynamics CRM sales tools.
  • Take additional responsibilities as suggested by the Management Team.
