Qualifications
- Retail & Hospitality Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong background in implementing policies and procedures
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
