About The Role,
The Manager, Emiratisation is responsible for managing and driving all aspects of the Resorts Emiratisation strategy and activities including but not limited to attraction, selection and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the manager will manage and oversee the orientation and development of UAE Nationals within the Resort. The role will work closely with the HR functions and business to deliver on our Emiratisation strategy.
Support the implementation of the Emiratisation strategy, source, attract and select UAE Nationals to fulfill the Emiratisation strategy. Develop relationships with preferred agencies, Universities and other organisations in order to attend relevant careers fairs and promote the resort as an employer within the UAE National labour market. Onboard and support Orientation of selected UAE Nationals. Coordinate with departmental leaders within the resort to ensure ongoing development of Emirate Colleagues.
Work with VP, Human Resources and Director, Talent Acquisition to continually improve the Emiratisation strategy or the resort. Track expenses of the Emiratisation function to ensure it stays within budget, work with the Government Relations department to keep updated on Government regulations and complete any other tasks or projects as assigned by Director/VP Human Resources.
A relevant Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Proficiency in all MS Office Programs, Internet, organizational skills, advanced communication and writing skills. Previous International experience preferred and proficient in English and Arabic. Passionate, personable, friendly, dedicated, advanced admin skills and potentially a second language written and spoken.
