Crown Relocations LLCĀ are looking for a full timeĀ Fine Art Operations ManagerĀ to join theĀ Fine ArtĀ team based inĀ Dubai. This is a customer service/ operations/ multifunctional position reporting to the Business Manager, with the added responsibilities of leading the departments junior staff in training, work allocation and administrative duties. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, professional and diverse team with an excellent track record of success.

Principle Objectives

  • Support Business Manager with day to day coordination and administration of the Fine Art business.
  • Service new client requirements by providing high quality service at all times.
  • Lead team performance in providing a professional and rewarding experience of working with Crown Fine Art UAE.

Key Activities ā€“ Coordination and Administration

  • Coordination and administration tasks of Fine Art business as agreed with Business Manager.
  • Office based networking within industry and overseas offices or agents to expand and enhance UAE Fine Art division.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members; reviewing operational performance and ensuring corrective measures are taken.
  • Administration in conjunction with Business Manager of RFI/RFP opportunities.
  • Support development of relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of client care and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Effective communication with functional/departmental colleagues to ensure a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained.
  • Provide business leads to other divisions within the company to facilitate client revenue growth.
  • Ensure Crown Fine Art terms and conditions with acceptance report are sent to each new client.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, that administrative systems are up to date and accurate at all times, data input protocols are observed and credit terms are adhered to
  • Co-ordinate international/local transport and storage requirements for Fine Art.
  • Develop systems and procedures for the Fine Art division as a support to the Business Manager.
  • All other tasks as required by the company.

Team Leader duties to include:

  • Holiday tracking and sign off
  • Training
  • Day to day work allocation and duties for junior team members

Measurement of Performance

  • Development of existing relationships; measured by feedback from our customer base.
  • Achieving gross margin and revenue against budget.
  • Quality of service- measured by client and internal feedback.
  • Fine Art clients invoiced on time and debtor/sundries managed.
  • Internal performance of the team, meeting goals and targets set as a department.
  • Accurate database/client master lists, managed and updated daily by the admin team.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Fine Art and/ or Operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines in a potentially rapidly changing environment
  • Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a definite advantage.
