Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager Arabic Fluent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We currently have a strong customer base and partner network and looking to continue our market growth while supporting our clients.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a dynamic role, working on a variety of projects. The role will involve some travel and, most importantly, working effectively with the local team and wider business. We take great pride in the quality of all our team, and employee development is central to our success.

Primary responsibilities

  • Customer service and support
  • Identifying new opportunities, building and developing a sales pipeline
  • Supporting customers through the sales journey and beyond into account management
  • Assist and Cooperate with a wider team
  • Devise business development techniques and tactics
  • Plan, organize and execute business development programs
  • Share insights and activities of competitors and market

Basic Requirements

  • Strong customer service and ability to work within a team
  • 3+ years in business development or account management role
  • Business, Computing/software, Analytics or Engineering related bachelor
  • Confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones
  • Commercial and market awareness, ideally within the GCC
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
  • Sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a wider team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, an additional language being a plus.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new products/services and keep up with a constantly developing and innovative solution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience within either SaaS or retail services would be preferred
  • Experience using Autocad
  • Experience working/consulting on projects involving hardware installation (such as security systems)
  • International stakeholder management
  • Strong retail network within the UAE
