We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of B2B & Public Relations with a “can-do” attitude to assist our organization in hosting as well as attending events that enhance our organization’s image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time management. The noteworthy B2B Manager should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization’s image, and effectively deliver on event objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Heading the Development and Expansion of the B2B division.
- In charge of tailoring and marketing the B2B services, including but not limited to pricing Strategy, Tie-ups, Promotions, and Add-on services.
- Responsible for achieving the KPI’s of the department’s macro objectives and overall sales revenue.
- Leading the implementation of partner incentives to coincide with partner commitments.
- Responsible for competitor analysis and market information specifically within the scope of B2B
- Developing the strategic direction of the B2B Division in line with the overall company objectives.
- Maintain and expand business relationships with the clientele based in the region.
- Seek new clients by offering services and staging solutions relevant to their requirements.
- Broaden new sectors, clients, and corporate opportunities and build up strong long-lasting relationships.
- key decisions makers, from both existing and prospective clients in the entertainment and event industry.
- Constantly review all promotional materials such as newspapers, website references and recommend changes as to complement the approach needed.
- Strategize marketing plans to introduce the organization to new market segments and re-introduce the organization to existing clients.
- Assist in all activities of the business including handling negotiations, objections, and any disputes with existing or new clients.
- Monitor the activity of competitors in the region.
- Build solid relationships with agents representing the event to ensure the achievement of revenue targets for each event
- Brainstorming and implementing networking plans and concepts.
Other Responsibilities Related to Event Planning:
- Handling budgeting and invoicing.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
- Negotiating sponsorship deals.
