We are looking for a core member of the Finance Leadership team responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management and adoption of the SAP S/4 Hana Cloud system. Working closely with all internal stakeholders, the Implementation Partner and SAP to ensure effective implementation and adoption of the new Finance and Analytics system. Be the primary focal point for the SAP S/4 Hana Cloud System for Finance. Lead the implementation of any improvement initiatives (e.g. bank interfaces, upgrades to existing interface files, TRM implementation and other process improvements). Be the main focal point for the SAP Analytical Cloud solution, including report and dashboard development.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā· Support and contribute to data requirements and solution design including chart of accounts, finance processes and analytics data structure
Ā· Work closely with Kanoo Finance teams to understand the current processes, map to SAP and identify the gaps
Ā· Work closely with the SAP Technical Implementation Specialist and support all Technical implementation tasks as required including designing solutions for any identified gaps
Ā· Working with the Implementation Partner, develop the functional requirements and specification documents
Ā· Lead the data gathering, cleansing, mapping and population of the data migration templates
Ā· Support the development and implementation of program objects.
Ā· Perform unit testing as required and support integration testing
Ā· Review all finance and analytics change requests. Explore all opportunities to minimize any changes to standard functionality
Ā· Develop the user acceptance test scripts and support user acceptance testing
Ā· Work closely with the Implementation Partner to develop fit for purpose training material and support the delivery of training to end users.
Ā· Support the change management requirements and act as a champion and super user to ensure finance and operations staff are trained and supported to be able to perform their roles in the new system and provide hands on post go-live end user support and trouble shooting
Ā· Act as the main finance and analytical focal point for the Implementation Partner, Project Team, SMEās and IT department
Ā· Ensure all finance cut-over task are completed as per plan
Ā· Ensure all project documentation is adequately prepared and maintained and ensure all issues are documented, tracked and resolved
Ā· Provide regular status reports to the project manager
Ā· Act as the main functional expert providing ongoing support to the Finance teams
Ā· Provide ongoing training of the wider finance and operations teams
Ā· Partner with IT Product Management team on all aspects of product, support and contract management
Ā· Be the SAP Finance champion driving the adoption of SAP Finance capabilities
Ā· Performa all finance system administrative tasks
Ā· Act as the focal point for Finance on all issues or tickets, coordinating with the support contract partner and SAP to ensure timely resolution
Ā· Lead initiatives to further develop the use of SAP Finance capabilities including but not limited to, upgrade of system interface files, simplification of chart of accounts, developing reports and dashboards in SAC
Job Requirements:
- Bachelorsā degree in Finance or related discipline
- Professional Project Management Qualification SAP Accreditation / Certifications is preferable
- 7-12 yearsā experience implementing SAP solutions in a senior technical role
- Must have full end to end implementation project lifecycle experience
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana Finance & Accounting and SAP Analytics
- Deep knowledge and understanding of a finance function and its activities
- Significant hands on experience in finance data cleanse, mapping, migration and maintenance
- Chart of Accounts design and implementation
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and modern software development methodologies Programme/ project management
