The core purpose of this role is to lead the operational partner and vendor onboarding and management over the RSA network for international B2C eCommerce business ensuring it delivers top-class service, stability and commercializes all necessary product features
Responsibilities
Objective 1: Develop the existing vendor network and initiate the process of new onboardings against the existing vendor pipeline
– Track operational performance against existing and onboarded vendors
– Implement onboarding process for existing not integrated vendor pipeline (contracts, IT integrations, SOPs)
– Engage the IT team in vendor onboardings and become a key point of contact through the onboarding process
Objective 2: Develop vendor onboarding as a process manual
– Depict a specific step-by-step process for vendor onboarding based on existing experience with current RSA vendors
– Build a convenient and user-friendly checklist for the vendor onboarding process
– Agree and share the process manually with the business development team and IT team
– Consider and reflect the vendor-specific features for the onboarding process in the manual (CoD, fulfillment, payment solutions, PUDO, etc)
Objective 3: Develop basic quality control mechanisms to facilitate customer support activity
– Develop customs clearance and last-mile quality reports
– Become a “connector” between the RSA support team and the vendor’s OPS team
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Driving License: preferred
Work Experience: last-mile logistics, cross-border operations, customs clearance
3+ years experience in logistics B2C services
1+ years experience in cross-border logistics
Partner onboarding as a plus
