Your Role
You shall be handling all accounting functions of the firm and reporting directly to managing partner. Your role includes but not limited to the followings:
- Perform financial reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow), financial analysis, Trend analysis, variance analysis, Balance sheet & P&L analysis, special projects & ad-hoc reporting.
- Support decision making process with daily and monthly MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Managing accounts receivable by providing customer aging analysis and accounts payable by processing bills and payments on time.
- Tracking and recording Business expenses and keeping track of periodic business licensing and membership renewals.
- Recoding Banking/Cash/Credit Card transaction in accounting system for receipts and payments and recording and handling of petty cash transactions.
- Monthly reconciliation of cash and bank accounts, credit cards, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
- Support the HR function of the Firm for new joining or departed employees and labor law requirements.
- Handle UAE VAT recording and reporting.
- Prepare sale invoices, proforma invoices and payment vouchers.
- Preparation & disbursement of Salaries in compliance WPS ā Payroll Management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance and accounting or preferably professional certification (ACCA, CMA, CA, CPA).
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and other ERP system.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience for independently handing Accounts with minimum supervision.
- Updated knowledge and interest about business needs in fast changing IT systems.
- Enthusiastic and ready to learn in challenging environment.
