About the Role
As the marketing manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the agreed Company objectives. As a growing company with global ambitions your roll will be varied and challenging. The marketing manager role primary responsibility is to lead both the inhouse marketing and graphics team along with any third party appointed contractors and agencies to develop, implement and track the annual marketing strategy across all of the Firmaments global operations
You will define and spearhead company-wide growth strategies and get the rare opportunity to build a brand that everyone loves, in one of the most exciting and fastest growing regions in the world. You will lead a team of young creatives to build, execute and report on the entire annual marketing plan. You will be responsible for driving the development of the annual strategy and the corresponding budget, increasing revenues through campaigns and in house curated events as well as oversee multiple social media channels with the scope of building exciting content.
