About the Role
The role of Human Resources Manager will be leading an HR team and providing strategic and operational support to all cross-functional teams. Sitting in the leadership role, you will partner directly with our operation’s & corporate management to provide strategic advice and guidance on all matters relating to recruitment, incentives, government regulations and people management. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to deliver on our business strategy, organizational development, change management, performance management, talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, employee relations, training and career development, diversity & wellbeing.
As the leading manager you will assess and anticipate our needs and ensure that they are tailored to each market and division of the company. You will also identify and promote new and innovative ways of working in your department and ensuring people empowerment with a focus on developing a great end-to-end employee experience!

· Do you have BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field?
· Do you have a 5+ years progressive HR experience?
