About the Role
The role of Human Resources Manager will be leading an HR team and providing strategic and operational support to all cross-functional teams. Sitting in the leadership role, you will partner directly with our operation’s & corporate management to provide strategic advice and guidance on all matters relating to recruitment, incentives, government regulations and people management. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to deliver on our business strategy, organizational development, change management, performance management, talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, employee relations, training and career development, diversity & wellbeing.
As the leading manager you will assess and anticipate our needs and ensure that they are tailored to each market and division of the company. You will also identify and promote new and innovative ways of working in your department and ensuring people empowerment with a focus on developing a great end-to-end employee experience!

About you
At your interview we will be assessing you as much for your skills and knowledge as Human Resources Manager, but also who you are, so the below are a few points to help you make the decision if you would like to apply
· Do you have BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field?
· Do you have a 5+ years progressive HR experience?
· Do you have a strong knowledge/ experience of UAE Labour Law?
· Do you have good communications skills and a fluent ability to speak English?
· Do you have knowledge/ experience of using HR systems and databases?
· Do you have administration skills and are able to plan and execute effectively?
· Are you a team player and have the ability work in and assist in developing a quality team?
· Do you possess an excellent emotional intelligence skill?
· Are you a self-motivated person with an eye for detail?
