As part of our growth, we are hiring a Senior Operations manager to build our infrastructure, processes and expand our activity globally.

In This Role, You Will

Responsibilities

• Own all Operations (customer support, payroll, external partners, on-boarding, etc.)
• Build the most efficient global network of EORs/payroll/benefit partners
• Put in place SLAs and OKRs to achieve operational excellence
• Plan and execute the launch of operations in new countries
• Be able to execute quickly and reiterate
• Build a world-class team — provide daily guidance & coaching
• Perform market research & identify the best operational setups (financial analysis, P&L, etc.)
• Design all internal process to scale operations

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working in a top tier management consulting firm (e.g McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience working in an operational role in a high-growth startup is a big plus
• Demonstrated strong ability to lead daily operations and work on multiple initiatives, we are looking for a doer
• Analytical and structured, you are an ace of data analysis
• Experience managing a team is a big plus
• Experience/knowledge in SAAS and Fintech industries are highly recommended
• Master’s degree or MBA from a top-tier university / Business School
• Fluent English with command of another European major language or Arabic is a big plus
