The Role:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the department in achieving its objectives and satisfying company goals in a timely and efficient manner, reporting any variances or discrepancies with current department practices to your line manager. You will be expected to develop relationships with both internal and external customers to achieve your objectives within the given timescale. Additionally, you will communicate relevant information to the internal or external parties involved in a direct and professional manner, acting in your capacity as a representative of the company.
THE BELOW KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Check marketing collateral is compliant with Brand/Alshaya guidelines
- Is up to date on licensing requirements for all sales, promotions, events etc.
- Work with GRDs, brand and marketing teams to obtain all licenses such as sales, promotion, events etc. across all relevant markets
- Assist with social media community management
- Ensure POs are raised
- Ensure invoices are raised on Omniflow. Follows up with relevant individuals on sign offs
- Update budget tracker
- Assist with preparation of performance reports
- Ensure American Eagle & Aerie are ‘always on across all Alshaya internal & external channels (e.g. office screens, Connect, Alshaya social media channels etc.)
- support CRM activities.
