Job Purpose
Manage individual and team targets and ensure that overall responsibilities are adhered to whilst protecting and representing Fintech Labs as an organization with sincerity and integrity. Developing new strategies for Fintech Labs Prepaid Department to attain optimum business from reputable companies and sustain those relationships in long term. The primary purpose of this role is to acquire new businesses with a unique, entrepreneurial personality and reach, solid experience in the field of sales and business development, client management and strong foundation in project planning and control. Be a strong believer in consistency through flexibility, quality over quantity and an advocate for increased employee efficiency via motivation and nurturing a solid bond between the employee and the brand.
Job Details – Accountabilities
- Work with conjunction with the management to achieve targets assigned while sustaining an incremental increase in corporate clientele
- Lead Business Development Team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Tie-up with leading financial institutions and loyalty program managers of reputed companies for redemption programs against our Mall Gift Card.
- Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process of all products and work in coordination with the Fintech Labs Finance and Operations teams.
- Plan, organize, direct and control and evaluate the activities of establishments and departments involved in commercial, industrial, institutional, e-business and Corporate sales and distribution across the region.
- Ensure an effective and timely settlement and reconciliation process is achieved and communicated to the client by working in close cooperation with the finance team
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
- Organize regional and divisional sales and monitor operations under its preview.
- Report any delays in fulfillment to operations and line manager
- Develop and implement a sales plan and pipeline to achieve the agreed goals and sales targets
- Measure weekly outputs to improve personal productivity to ensure monthly targets and associated revenues deliverables are achieved
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Formulating and implementing policies and plans for advertising, public relations, sales and marketing in consultation the management
- Develop corrective strategies to increase sales productivity and acquire corporate clients as assigned
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Generate leads from other Fintech Labs products and act on any lead provided with an earnest effort towards business optimization and revenue recognition
- Provide full support to Business Development, Operations, Finance and broader company stakeholders as required
- Work with the marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Provide high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advise to senior management on administrative matters on such as staff management and information services
- Developing and implementing administrative, financial and operational procedures and guidelines governing the Business Development function for use by staff
- Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Leading and managing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of timely and accurate information
- Representing the organization in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and promoting new programs
- Ensure regular updates and maintain an open line of communication is achieved with internal customers
- Adhere to Fintech Labs Policies and Procedures
- Comply and strictly adhere to Compliance Policies
- Ensure onboarding processes such as KYC/KYB and related functions are within control to withstand surprise checks/audits of files or documents
- Keep abreast and full knowledge of products and policies of Fintech Labs to ensure right information is conveyed to customers and corporate clients/partners
- Organizing and controlling sales activities by setting product mix, geographical sales areas and customer service standards
- Ensure customer complaints are managed and addressed carefully to avoid complaints of repetitive nature
- Provide market feedback to the line manager on regular intervals as per prevailing competition

Minimum Experience (number Of Years)
Minimum 10 years’ experience as Sales Manager/Team Leader role in corporate sales, business development and client relationship management within the cards industry. Experience in Prepaid Cards is an advantage.
