About Role:
To continue maximizing our commercial potential, we are now actively searching for an Aviation Marketing Manager, whose previous aviation experience and industry exposure will deliver tremendous Group marketing investment returns, while also individually benefiting each business unit.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering the entire marketing support spectrum for promoting and communicating the Group effectively, its products, services, and expert capabilities worldwide.
Duties:
- Establish and manage the overall marketing effort and strategy for the entire Group commercial offering; including core messaging, value propositions, digital marketing, and market positioning – all in effort to drive credible business leads through greater market awareness, effective aviation sector engagement and proper Group products and solutions external positioning and promotion
- Work closely with the Group C-level, Sales and Business Development Teams to provide all the required marketing support and contents to deliver targeted lead-to-revenue campaigns across all sectors and segments ā globally, by securing necessary approvals for proposed budgets and investment requirements through the presentation of necessary business briefs/cases
- You will oversee the production and distribution of all marketing material such as promotional brochures, advertising as well as direct marketing, video, and social media content. You will also promote the Group products and services portfolio internally to ensure maximal cohesion and effectiveness of all marketing endeavors, while educating internal collaborators on Group marketing and branding strategy and its application.
- Management of all external communication and advertising efforts will be undertaken, including relationships with various marketing and PR/communication agencies, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, while delivering marketing investment analytics to provide optimization of all campaigns. You will also be the custodian of all the Group websites and social media accounts and will ensure the accuracy of all its content, be it textual or visual
- Directing the production and distribution of marketing material such as presentations, brochures, advertising, trade and broker communication, direct marketing, video and social media content and the delivery of corporate communications plans will be necessary as will be leading and organizing (managing and growing) of all digital assets, (photo library, video contents and graphic files), including content creation.
- The Aviation Marketing Manager will be the custodian of all internal brand initiatives and will be monitoring the proper brand application and execution throughout the Group companies. He or She will also motivate all internal stakeholders to uphold best marketing and communication practices including but not limited to traditional and digital media (web, social, mobile, etc.)
- Finally, the chosen candidate will deploy His/hers PR skills, media contacts and connections to continue portraying the Group and all its commercial undertakings in the most favorable public perception
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Work experience in: Marketing, Advertising, Publishing and/or Digital Media
- Content creation experience (social media & web)
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Degree in Marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Native English speakers or proficient
- Motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to take direction and work independently; be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Content creating programs and proficiency with technology
- Professional and positive attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-working environment
