QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Bachelor of Mechanical or electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Ø 3-5 years proven experience in Power Generation projects sales.
Ø Business development skills.
Ø Technical knowledge in power generation including the basics of switchgear, transfer switch, and similar components.
Ø Good knowledge about players / competitors in the market.
Ø Good knowledge and contacts with EPC contractors, MEP companies, consultants in Abu Dhabi.
Ø Innovative, team player and customer focused.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ø Meet the sales target as assigned by the management.
Ø Search for new customers, clients and consultants who might benefit from company products or services and
Ø maximize their potential.
Ø Propose, negotiate, and mutually agree the budget with his senior along with the resources required.

Ø Develop and expand the market share of the company in the market.
Ø Establish contact with clients, consultants and contractors.
Ø Approach customers and create demand.
Ø Prepare and update the customer data base as per the company system.
Ø Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product awareness.
Ø Customers relationship management and enhance the long-term relationships with customers.
Ø Prepare the customers visits plan and relevant visits Reports in daily basis.
Ø Effective delivery of value proposition via technical presentations, product demonstrations, service portfolio
Ø and written or verbal communications.
Ø Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their
Ø needs.
Ø Follow up the quotations and projects status with the customers.
Ø Liaise with other members of the Company to respond to prospect’s commercial and technical needs in a
Ø timely manner.
Ø Close the deals for the best interest of our company and complying with the policy and terms & conditions.
Ø Solve customers’ problems and issues.
