What you’ll do

As an HRMS Manager, you will be a key player in our HR Transformation which includes the implementation of Darwinbox HCM. This role will be part of a global team spread across three countries and will need to consult and influence global and regional stakeholders to drive innovation in our systems aligned to business strategic directions. Activities will range from core system maintenance & development to supporting the implementation of change across our people landscape.

  • Manage Darwinbox implementation through all life cycle stages of the project, from design to deployment
  • Experience in HR technology delivery and transformation change initiatives, in complex, global matrixed organizations
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of a major HCM transformation
  • Provide subject matter expertise to all stakeholders involved in the project
  • Guide and advise stakeholders on best practices and industry standards
  • Maintain standard project management documentation, working with the People Experience team, stakeholders to adhere to agreed timelines, to deliver a successful implementation. Serve as an escalation point during the implementation phase for all, demonstrating strong stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
  • Partner with various functional areas to provide HR system delivery, administration, and support

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline ideally with an HR qualification
  • 3-7 years previous program/project management experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem-solving, and process
  • Previous experience in implementing HRM systems. Experience leading a project implementation of an HRM system.
  • Previous HRMS deployment experience.
  • Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing a risk management plan.
  • Participates as part of a team, understanding the various work styles of others and their roles on the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to work in a high paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and find effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and deal effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Proven efficiency in dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail, and accuracy.
