1. JOB OBJECTIVE
Oversee the financial operations of BSquared ensuring effectiveness and accuracy of all financial and accounting tasks.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage month-end accounting entries and bank sheet reconciliations for BSquared
● Assist the CFO in preparing the month-end reporting pack for Management
● Carry out analysis of P&L/ Balance Sheet for month-end reporting.
● Maintain CAPEX reporting model.
● Carry out the preparation of medium-term P&L/ cash flow forecasts.
● Assist in the preparation of periodic business forecasts/budgets.
● Assist management with Adhoc business planning tasks.
● Work with department heads to prepare cash flow forecasts.
● Manage accounts receivables and payables position in conjunction with the Department Heads.
● Maintain CAPEX loan schedules.
● Provide admin support to process AP & AR transactions.
● Manage payroll processing.
● Assist with annual audit preparations.
● Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
● Develop & implement all departmental processes and procedures along with the CFO and Management.
● Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
3. PERSON SPECIFICATION
● 4-7 years experience in a financial role.
● Accounting Degree or Certification with UAE experience.
● Experience working within organizations that are into technology solutions
● Impeccable negotiation and engagement skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with the customers.
● Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
● A go-getter with the ability to close out tasks within strict deadlines.
● Ability to identify and suggest the right solution with ease
● Ability to devise proper bid strategies with informed market intelligence.
● Experience working in a dynamic environment.
