A small and well-established international company in heavy equipment and consulting business is now hiring a proactive and resourceful Accountant/Admin & Support sales who could independently manage the general Admin tasks, Finance, and Accounting functions of the company.
She/He should be able to prepare financial reports, perform account reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, prepare the budget and forecasts, helping with VAT registration, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in the English language and Excellent Business Writing Skills, any other languages such as French, Arabic are a strong asset.
2. Degree in Accountancy/Finance (CPA qualification will be an added advantage).
3. Able to manage/act on social media (Fb, LinkedIn, SEO)
4. Hands-on experience in ERP systems, Zoho Books and Accounting packages, MS Office
5. Excellent analytical skills and accuracy and attention to details
6. Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records
7. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
8. Identify and address discrepancies
9. Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
She/He will have to manage basic office administrative tasks including:
1. Filing, reporting, telephone answering, managing managerās calendar, and e-mails, coordinating with the staff.
2. Coordinate with logistic (DHL Express, own forwarder)
3. Help Sales team with Order booking, confirmation and payments follow up with suppliers and other misc. things
