- Create and publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources.
- Screen resumes and job applications & conduct initial phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates, as well as conducting interviews to both entry-level & middle management positions.
- Manage the scheduling and feedback process with Line Managers and ensure a positive experience for both candidates & Line Managers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Ensure successful onboarding for new hires through effective communication with PROs & Line managers.
- Participate in regular HR operational and administrative tasks.
- Experience in Assessments is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
