Oversee and monitor the entire Service Reception operations to receive, follow up, and deliver customer vehicles to ensure the after-sales service is carried out to set Mercedes Benz and Company policies & procedures.
Mediate between the customer, Principal, and the corporate offices for all service issues.
Monitor the Principals’ website for customer issues directed to the principal meeting customers and resolving their issues.
8 – 10 years of minimum experience in customer care within an automotive workshop environment – out of which 4 years should be on a managerial level.
Bachelor’s degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering.
