Job Description:
1. 5+ years in quality-related roles with increasing responsibility, impact, and scope within a digital or eCommerce environment.
2. Relevant years of experience as a Software Quality Engineering manager or equivalent position looking after products across an enterprise.
3. Experience in managing Software Quality Engineering activities in a continuous integration/deployment environment
4. Demonstrable experience of leading medium to large Software Quality Engineering teams in an Agile environment
5. Experience in Quality Engineering for highly scalable, distributed and high-performance platforms
6. Excellent knowledge of automation methodologies, processes, and tools with 5+ years of hands-on experience
7. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and coding design patterns
8. Demonstrable skills in developing automation frameworks and integrating with CI pipelines
9. Wide exposure to different automation techniques across the technology stack
10 Strong understanding of driving adoption of Agile Testing and Test Automation across the teams whilst understanding the limitations of Test Automation.
Leave Policy
Please note that we will be offering you the insurance + visa (3 yrs) over and above the all-inclusive salary
The monthly salary is inclusive of the following expenses:
1. Hotel (Family, if applicable) We will be glad to book a hotel for you at your expense. You may refer to hotel sites like hotels.com, Trivago, Expedia.
2. Your family Visa (Entry, Exit, and Repatriation) & all kinds of attestation, if applicable
3. Your family travel & Relocation (To & Fro), if applicable
4. IGT shall bear your insurance
Family Insurance needs to be borne by the employee Over and above salary as per UAE law you will be entitled to the following:
1. Gratuity (After successful completion of one year, Gratuity is calculated on your basic salary
2. You are also entitled to 30 calendar holidays
a. Every month 2 leaves would be accrued and after completion of the 12th month, your entitlement would be of full 30 calendar days.
b. You are not entitled to any leaves in the first 6 months, any leaves taken during this period would be treated as LWP.
c. If a person takes leave on Thursday or Sunday, the total leave count would be ā 1.
d. All unused leaves will be encashed on 31st March, minimum tenure should be one year as of 31st March.
Leave Encashment is done on Basic and HRA.
3. 15 Day Sick leaves. (Itās a Privilege but not mandatory)
a. You shall produce a DHA(Dubai Health Authority) certified medical certificate in lieu of Sick Leaves
The work location will be Dnata/Emirates IT Offices within Dubai
