Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).

5. Update calendars and schedule meetings

6. Maintain a record of all business contacts in an Excel sheet.

7. Arrange couriers and maintain records.

8. Filing and drafting work as required by Directors.

9. Maintain schedule of client meetings of Directors.

10. Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

11. Keep in constant touch with the IT Service providers and maintain records of all IT services taken by the organization. Submit IT-related complaints of staff members to the Service provider and get them resolved.

12 Any other administration task as required

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of UAE labor law

2. Excellent command of written and spoken English

3. Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment

4. Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel

5. A hard-working team player with corporate professionalism.

6. University degree in Business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent from a reputable university.

  • Salary will be in the range of AED 3500-4000 per month depending on the experience of the candidate.
