What’s On Our Plate

As Manager Sales Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the analytics & business intelligence team for the Sales function, building insights, analysis & dashboards.

Building the analytics workstream for the sales function:

  • Setting up and leading all data & analytics related work-streams for acquisition, sales, partner experience & automation
  • Cross functional management of core KPIs to fulfill all functional data needs
  • Clear KPI definitions, documentation, data discovery, validation & data cleanse

> Data reporting & visualization:

  • In depth, regular reporting of all performance metrics being tracked
  • Analysis on brand wise performance, including but not limited to sales data, logistics performance, product & app analytics, ad spends ROI, complete with dashboarding & visualization.
  • Identify trends in data requirements to be able to build scalable data solutions.

> Ensuring timely internal and external communication:

  • Liaise and align with Product, Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Finance & Local sales markets operations.
  • Provide continuous inputs on how to better optimize the overall process of data management

What We Ordered

  • Demonstrated experience in business intelligence
  • Proficient in BI tools – Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Data Studio
  • Advanced level skills with data and analytics – Excel, SQL
