1. Responsible for Logistics planning and execution including all related Shipping and Commercial documentation.
2. Liaising with statutory bodies, where required.
3. Co-ordinate and execute the sales and purchases as per agreed schedule and business requirements.
4. Verify Letters of Credit (LC) requirements (related to Logistics) and request amendments where required.
5. Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers.
6. Attend to issues promptly and adopt corrective and preventive actions through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints
7. Follow the standard operations procedure (SOP) and monitor own key performance indicators (KPI)
8. Co-ordinate with 3P Documentation service for Chamber of Commerce requirements.
9. Coordinate with Finance department for bank documents.
