Job Description
- Graduation (MBA preferred)
- Min 10-15 Yrs of experience in B2B Sales of IT / Printing / AV Solutions in Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibility & Must-Have Skills
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned set of Key Accounts to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Conducts strategic account planning meetings, understands customers’ business, buying behavior, needs, and decision criteria.
- Bears overall responsibility for customer ownership and acts as a central point of contact and interface between customer & organization
- Monitors the overall workflow of the pre and post-sales teams to assure that all acquired projects are implemented in the best manner and as per the customer’s expectations.
- Maintains and manages the organization’s relationship lines with Principal organizations.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations/presentations for current and prospective customers.
- Leads negotiations of the commercial proposals and the terms of the contract at the closing stage of any tender.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Develops and delivers accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives
- Is responsible for generating new leads and creating new opportunities
- Is responsible for preparing strategic plans to approach new clients.
- Handling 15Mn++ business in the year
