Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls with appropriate greetings & assist with Customer queries.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages as per the firm’s standard operating procedure.
- Obtain detailed information from customers regarding their queries and deliver correct instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation on vehicles services and other operational documents.
- Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner through emails, phone, or walk-in queries.
- Maintain solid customer service by handling concerns with speed and professionalism
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven work experience of at least 1-3 years in Call center of the Automotive industry
Salary commensurate based on Candidates’ experience
