The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has experience in selling plots/lands in the UAE with a deep understanding of UAE Real Estate market, prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified customer and close sales
- Generate potential clients from own data.
- Present the value of the company and the product
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Own and hit/exceed sales target constantly
- Handle objections and conclude with prospects
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Minimum 3-years Real Estate experience in selling plots/lands in UAE.
- Knowledge of Sharjah Real Estate Market is an advantage
- Must have strong interpersonal skills,
- Ability to achieve sales target and work independently, professional, organized, and presentable.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable experience as sales manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid U.A.E driving license.
