ASTUDIO, a one-stop-shop production and an award winning digital creative agency, is looking to employ a full-time Office Manager responsible for the smooth running of our dynamic creative and growing office.
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the companyās general operation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of the office
- Administrative support including rent, insurance and license renewals
- Overlook the HR and recruitment functions
- Capable of creating and implementingĀ policies, processes and procedures
- Assistance with production and post-production coordination
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Operation and organizational management and coordination
Requirements:
- Dubai based only
- Available to join immediately
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Preferable background in advertising/production
- Minimum 2 yearsā experience in the UAE
- Proven experience as an Office or Operation Management or related office administrative positions
- Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills
- People oriented and results driven
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in using Macās and PC programs (pages, numbers, keynote)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be comfortable with industry hours (not fixed)
