The Company:

Kennedy Property, the real estate brokerage, specializes in using technology to make real estate transactions more efficient and effective. Kennedy Towers, Dubai’s largest short-term rental management company, is a pioneer in the region and has a global footprint. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager f to recruit, train and performance manage salespeople in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, based in our Palm Jumeirah headquarters.

Accountabilities:

Recruitment

  • Inbound recruitment: Writing and posting job adverts, filtering and shortlisting candidates, interviewing and shortlisting
  • Outbound recruitment: Approaching candidates, shortlisting and interviewing
  • Optimizing recruitment systems
  • Offer letters, labour contracts and visa processing

Training & Development

  • Work with CEO to optimize onboarding and training system for new agents
  • Once trained, regular in-person and Zoom meetings with agents to monitor their progress, provide deal support, set commission targets and work with them towards their achievement
  • Regular strategy meetings with CEO on

The Candidate:

  • Our ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience essential
  • Knowledge and experience using technology and social media

Remuneration:

  • AED 12,000 – 15,000 salary (based on experience)
