Requirement
- 4-5 years of experience in the advertising field, preferably in the client servicing department
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English ( spoken and written)
- Already based in UAE
What you’ll be doing
- Assist with all marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
- Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed and to have great attention to detail
- Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand/product awareness
- Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing results through email, content, and social channels
- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
- Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Get involved in the creative ideation of campaigns making sure everything is delivered on time and is up to client’s expectations and requirements
- Work closely with several departments/colleagues: including the planning team, the creative team (copywriters and designers), the media team, the operations team, the CRM team, the data analysis team, the finance team, the technology team, and administrative staff.
- Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new campaigns and enhancements
- Handle budgets and financials in the most minute detail
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients
