The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in the growth of the overall Ambulance & Corporate business portfolio . They should be strategic thinkers who have a broad understanding of healthcare services, who will assist in the overall management of a diverse portfolio and understand the unique needs of various proprietors and future clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell healthcare, Emergency & Ambulance services
- Generate leads and close them.
- Create, develop, and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and potential new clients with whom you will target, initiate, and develop business relationship.
- Develop strategies to realize commercial opportunities and minimize risks to the business.
- Produce and deliver a sales action plan which supports the company’s strategic objectives, achieving sales targets and using initiative to take corrective measures as needed.
- Obtain customer feedback on service quality and share with management to continuously improve the business operations.
- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal that secure new deals, contracts, and long-term relationships.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business.
- Create business development materials or tools.
- Work under minimum guidance
- Create new business and manage the pipeline of upcoming research trials with oversight of our feasibility department.
- Monitor over the phone and online appointment bookings to ensure appropriate scheduling.
Competencies
- Proven sales experience in the Healthcare industry (Preferred in Both Corporate and Ambulance/ Emergency services)
- Strong connections with companies and industries with sales potential.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales is a necessity with a proven track record of revenue generated.
- Know Dubai market and with A-list contacts in corporate sector

Skills & Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of professional outbound sales experience in Healthcare Industry.
- 3+ plus years of experience in sales and Business Development
- Advanced level of prospecting and sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
- Effective sales, marketing, and project management skills
- Must be willing to travel to client locations when needed.
- Commercially astute with strong business acumen.
- Good communication with strong English and Arabic
- Motivated and driven.
- Must be good at building rapport with clients.
- Organized and punctual
- Track record of successful sales
- Valid UAE driving license.
