Job Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of Bookmypet and assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. The operations manager provides the leadership and management necessary to ensure that Bookmypet has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in the place to effectively grow the organization in order to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Must have a valid UAE visa and Driving License and eligible to work in the country.
• University graduate with a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or general business (Fluent in English)
• Previous experience in start ups or tech companies is preferred.
• Previous experience in managing sales operations – Order to cash cycle (Preferably in the area of a booking company/operations in any industry).
• Experience in customer service and after sales support.
• Highly energetic, willing to learn and do what it takes, Pet lover is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end customer and service provider journey.
- Deploy standard operating procedures development, process flows (Customer service, Sales process & complaints and refund process)
- Maintain all files in the google drive as per the company processes.
- Lead the sales continuous journey across the UAE which includes setting up meetings with service provider decision makers, conduct the sales presentation
- Complete the on-boarding process with the client (On-boarding template, Photoshoots & Contract signing)
- Set up and manage the online profiles and content, maintaining company standards.
- Monitor and log incoming reservations and liaise with the service provider as and when needed, i.e delay in actioning the request.
- Provide leadership to the customer service team and overseas daily operation, training, expenses, and call back any missed calls received.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners.
- Review, analyze and evaluate business procedures.
- Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives
- Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- Lead Bookmypet events management and execution.
- Act as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position.
- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Marketing support as and when needed (Offline/Online).
- Ad-Hoc support and projects assigned as and when needed.
