BILINGUAL LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Air and Sea Import and Export Freight activities, including quotations, bookings, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing.
- Communicate with suppliers, colleagues and customers etc. to achieve mutual satisfaction
- Oversee Inventory and supply chain management of the warehouses in the region.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator 3-5 years experience in Logistics (preferable Jabel Ali Free Zone).
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and French fluently; Arabic speaking is a plus.
- Strong ability to multi-task, balancing constantly shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills required, including all Microsoft Office applications
- A driving license is preferred
