We are looking for a Human Resource & Admin Assistant to join our growing, dynamic, and multi-national team based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager and perform the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities. He/she will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering employee queries
• Processing incoming mail
• Preparing and distributing documents
• Providing customer service to organization employees
• Serving as a point of contact between employees and management
• HR Admin Tasks
• Maintaining HR/Attendance software by updating and entering data
• Maintaining calendars of annual (or any other) long leaves
• Work with the HR Manager to maintain employees’ leaves, insurance, accommodation, medical and attendance records, as well documentation. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism / overtimes and report to HR Manager by end of each month for payroll preparation.
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Preparing new employee offer letters/files
• Support HR Manager for Compensation and Benefits entries in the HRMS
• Support HR Manager for New Joiner entries in the HRMS
• Conducting the benefits enrolment process
• Administering new employment assessments
Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Maintaining employee files
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager / Management
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree on Human Resources or relevant field
· Someone who is flexible with work timings
· 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
· Strong experience in the full scope of Human Resources
· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
· Attention to detail and good judgement
