Job Description
The role holder is responsible for executing the various activities pertaining to accounts payable, fixed assets, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, payroll, and financial planning for the Azalea Pharma business unit under the guidance of the manager/superiors. The role holder is responsible for executing day-to-day tasks as assigned by the superiors in compliance with the policies and procedures of Azalea Pharma.
Key responsibilities:
- End to end accounting
- Invoicing and receipts.
- Accounting for Fixed assets & depreciation
- Expense booking, provisions & accruals.
- Purchase and sales
- Bank reconciliations.
- Processing SOA and coordinating with the sales team for payment collection.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Liaising with the suppliers, banks, etc.
- VAT filing, and maintaining true and actual records.
- Associates with the marketing team wherever it’s necessary
- Payrolls
Key Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA/CA part qualified and/or Undergraduate / Accountancy Degree
- Candidate with 2-4 years’ UAE experience, preferably Pharmaceutical Industry
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
- Be a Good Team Player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Fluency in Advanced Excel skills
