Job Responsibilities
To review the compliance for Azizi Group.
Provide support to the finance department with regard to full compliance with FTA requirements.
Prepare monthly VAT return to be submitted to FTA.
To ensure the overall compliance with regard to FTA guidelines and regulations issued.
Provide finance team guidance about the recording of VAT transactions in their respective GL.
Perform monthly General Ledger Analysis to ensure VAT on each transaction is calculated and recorded correctly.
Review the transactions for TAX group companies.
Proactive planning for the TAX Audit to ensure compliance.
To be responsible for VAT Audit and be the prime point of contact with the FTA official for TAX Audit.
Provide training and relevant guideline material to the relevant departments about VAT.
Provide guidance to other group companies for reporting.
Perform year-end closing for the VAT.
Provide VAT-related support and data to the external auditors and justify the reasons to them.
Review payments made to our contractors and prepare guidelines to calculate VAT & issue invoicing on such transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: ACCA, CPA
- Min 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Real Estate, Construction, Owner Association, or Community Management background.
- Computer and Software Proficiency: Tally ERP, SAGE, ORACLE, SAP, EPMS, Power BI
- Excellent communication & Presentation Skills
