Finance Manager
Job Purpose:
To undertake and ensure smooth, efficient and timely logging of the corporate accounts payables and receivables as well as maintaining and providing regular management reports including but not limited to Cashflow, P/L, Debtors, Creditors, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation reports and preparation for tax and audit submissions
Responsibilities:
· To record and maintain all financial transactions in Quick books.
· To keep accurate records of all financial transactions and data.
· To prepare the weekly bank reconciliations.
· To support and oversee the accounting for individual projects.
· To track project budgets and resource utilization.
· To prepare financial and statistical reports as directed on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or project defined).
· To provide general accounting for all companies in the group.
· To submit payment requests for approval and submission for payment.
· To prepare month end reporting.
· To prepare and submit payroll invoices.
· To prepare and submit any required tax reports.
· Prepare and execute financial management processes and systems
. To interact with any internal or external auditors.
