Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority or as directed by purchase manager and Follow up.
Ø Obtain quotations from vendors and submission to the respective division for their review approval for best quote
Ø Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers and Negotiating prices/commercial terms with selected vendor.
Ø Reconcile or resolve any discrepancies and Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages, quality, quantity, value, of the goods and materials delivered.
Ø Contribute to implement and update the Vendor’s Database in terms of new Vendors registration and Key Performance Index of existing Ones
Ø Keep information available and accessible by sorting and filing documents
Ø Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing Trend.
Ø Obtain purchased goods by forwarding orders to suppliers, Monitoring and expediting orders
Ø Build and develop relation with key suppliers and all ADNH departments
Ø Review quotations and recommends awards
Ø Tracking purchasing activities and maintain purchasing files
Ø Discuss with users and Suppliers to improve purchasing process
Ø Manage supplier relation and assist in building effective partnership
Ø Identify new suppliers and negotiate discounts and revised prices
