The Junior Financial Analyst will be working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst to support the business development function with research, competition mapping, creating feasibility template, followed by high level synopsis of proposed new business opportunities. The role is responsible for reliable, objective and rational research analysis of any proposed venture and preparing draft documents for approvals and submissions.

  • Responsible for new brand evaluation through research and competition mapping.
  • Building feasibility templates and benchmarking against existing information, followed by high level synopsis of the new business opportunities.
  • Extract financial data and conduct deep dive analysis for existing businesses.
  • Prepare internal approval notes (IAN) for submissions.
  • Responsible for data capturing and management, followed by curation and identifying key insights relevant to the business.
  • Work with Human Capital team on incentives for performing stores ensuring accurate data are provided.
  • Provide the highest standards of data research and management.
  • Create accurate, error free feasibility models for analysis and evaluation.
  • Ensure data capture is up to date and relevant to the business.
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
  • Maintain professional rapport with departments for flow of information and support with information for analysis aiding decision making.
  • Keep an insight of customer trends and market shifts to ensure feasibility research caters to the latest customer needs.
